A 'big fish' is emerging in the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour.

Kim Min-sol (18), a national representative of the Korea Golf Association, has turned from an amateur to a professional,

according to his management company, Wow Management Group, on the 2nd.

Kim Min-sol became a full member of the KLPGA after winning the team event at the World Amateur Team

Championships last year, and completed the KLPGA membership process on the 1st.

Earlier, Kim Min-sol returned the national team Taegeuk mark on the 30th of last month. Kim Min-sol served as the

national team captain this 스포츠토토존 year.

Kim Min-sol has been highlighted by many experts as a promising next-generation player due to his outstanding

performance on the junior stage.

They won major competitions such as the Jeju Governor's Cup, Blue One Cup, Songam Cup, Dream Park Cup, and the

National Sports Festival, and contributed to winning the team event at the World Amateur Team Championships last year

and the silver medal in the team event at the Hangzhou Asian Games.

Kim Min-sol particularly garnered attention when she took the lead in the first and second rounds of the 2022 BMW

Ladies Championship on the LPGA Tour held at Oak Valley Country Club in Wonju, Gangwon-do, and finished tied for

10th.

His strengths include his long hitting power, which allows him to hit balls 270 yards easily with a smooth swing that comes

from his height of 177 cm, and his calm and experienced game management that is unusual for his young age.

Kim Min-sol has finished in the top 10 twice in the three KLPGA Tour events she has participated in this year, finishing

runner-up (Kyochon Ladies Open) and tied for eighth (Doosan We've Championship).

Last year, she was invited to six KLPGA tour events and made it to the top 10 three times without missing the cut, proving

that she can do well on the professional stage.

Thanks to this potential, Kim Min-sol was selected as a founding member of the Doosan Construction We've Golf Team

last year and is receiving support from Titleist clubs and clothing.

He is the first amateur golfer to receive a vehicle sponsorship from Mercedes-Benz Korea and is serving as an ambassador.

Kim Min-sol is set to begin her professional career on the KLPGA Dream Tour and has set her top priority as securing

qualification for the KLPGA Tour next year.

Due to the regulation that one must be 18 years of age to join the KLPGA, Kim Min-sol can only participate in the Dream

Tour in September, near the end of the season, and it is realistically difficult for her to secure a KLPGA Tour seed next year

based on her Dream Tour prize money ranking.

For this reason, Kim Min-sol set as a realistic goal the exemption from the KLPGA Tour seeding match preliminaries given

through the Dream Tour prize money ranking.

Additionally, I am pursuing a plan to gain experience by gaining as many invitation opportunities as possible on the

Dream Tour and KLPGA Tour.
